EMI Shear-Tech™, is a high-tech shears developed from the popular Multipurpose Rescue Shears. It features eight functions (see diagram). Made of hardened stainless steel with black contoured high impact plastic handles. Measures 7 1/4" in length. Weighs approximately 3 oz. Ideal for all public safety and medical professionals.
